House 2 Home Plans was built around a simple reality:
when drawings fail, builders pay.

We design with an understanding of sequencing, coordination, permitting pressure, and cost exposure.
That perspective determines what gets resolved early, what is explicitly decided, and how risk is surfaced before it reaches the field. Design is not treated as a standalone exercise. It is the first act of execution.
